Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

At Aqua Caddie LLC, we work hard to ensure your order is prepared accurately and shipped as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days for all in-stock tumblers and accessories.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

High-Volume Periods

During peak seasons—holidays, promotions, product launches—processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always notify you of any significant delays.

Order Verification

For your security, some orders may require additional verification (e.g., address confirmation, payment review). This may extend processing time, but we will notify you immediately if verification is needed.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Aqua Caddie LLC ships domestically within the United States. All shipping times listed below begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Most cost-effective and commonly used method.

Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

  • Priority handling through our carriers.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

  • Fastest available shipping option. Not available for all locations.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the tumblers or accessories

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping rates will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, Aqua Caddie LLC will send a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or contact us at [your email].


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an address error causes a delivery issue:

  • Aqua Caddie LLC is not responsible for lost packages.

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.


6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Aqua Caddie LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Lost during transit

  • Stolen after delivery

However, we want to help:

  1. Contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

  2. Email us with your order number and claim information so we can assist where possible.


7. Damaged Packages or Items

If your package or tumbler arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and replace items at our discretion.


8. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

For items marked as pre-order or backordered:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

  • Your payment reserves your item.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.

We will notify you if any delays occur.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO or PO boxes (depending on carrier restrictions)

Certain tumblers with special finishes or materials may have separate shipping requirements.


10. International Shipping

At this time, Aqua Caddie LLC does not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand soon—please check back for updates!


11. Order Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible.

To request an order change or cancellation:

  • Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

  • You may still initiate a return following our return policy.
